Grandpa's casona, Long forgotten architecture, it was the place of our chilhood, serene corridors, magnificent entrance patio with a friendly tipas tree and clay maceteros with green ferns.

Step by Step
Step 1, penciled sketch.

Step 2, painted blacks and greys (shadows) with black gouache leaving the white of the paper as the high points of light.
Step 3, painted colors over grey and white areas also with gouache.
Step 4, once scanned, in Photoshop I adjusted the colors and added the effects on Guy's ring.

Paso 1, boceto a lápiz.
Paso 2, negros y grises (sombras) pintadas con tempera negra dejando el blanco del papel como los puntos de mayor luz.
Paso 3, agregar el color sobre los grises y las zonas en blanco también con tempera.
Paso 4, una vez escaneado, en Photoshop ajuste los colores y agregue los efectos en el anillo de Guy.

Street view in Central Madrid, barrio de Malasaña

This sketch is a watercolour taken in the Barrio de Malasaña, Madrid, Watercolour with Indian ink.

This sketch is from a corner of George square, in the premisses of Edinburgh university, in front of the Business School Building.

American Agave.

This plant was rendered to cope with my sketch of the Puentecito miraflorino, which is part of my saga of sketches in Miraflores to register the spaces which are beeing gained by the velocity of urban sprawl.

This wooden bridge connects with squares which still remain with the flavor of my chilhood, clean and neat spaces with civic pride.

This small house is a jewell between the so called "modern" buildings which happens around  this days.
